El pasado mes de Febrero fue el mes de los eventos de Intimissimi! Reuniones en 3 ciudades de España: Barcelona, Madrid y Sevilla para los directores de tiendas Intimissimi (258 pax en total). Una vez finalizadas las reuniones, organizamos la actividad de Master Chef! En la que cada equipo tenía que preparar las recetas propuestas. Y tuvimos como jurado a Carlos Maldonado (ganador del año 2014 de Master Chef )
Para acabar, disfrutaron tanto de sus platos, como los del restaurante!
El primero de los Training Meeting fue en Barcelona el 4 de Febrero. Una convención para 121 personas en el Hotel SB Icaria y en el Restaurante Marina Bay del grupo Monchos.
El segundo fue en Sevilla el pasado 9 de Febrero. Asistieron 52 Personas al NH Collection Sevilla, e hicieron la actividad de Master Chef en el mismo hotel.
Y por último, acabamos el 11 de Febrero en el hotel Silken Puerta America de MADRID! Con la participación de 58 personas, que acudieron a su reunion en el hotel, e hicieron la actividad de Master Chef en el Kitchen Club situado en el barrio de Salamanca.
Abile se encargó de todo: Lógistica del evento ( Hoteles, restaurantes, transfers, staff ), soporte on-site… Etc!

The Revlon Global Conference in Madrid was a huge success and a real pleasure to organize.
Nearly 150 guests coming from all over the world enjoyed 3 intensive days, in which each detailed was treated as gold.
The meetings took place at the great HESPERIA MADRID HOTEL, which really worked as a close partner. Although the meeting space had a low ceiling and 2 columns, we managed , thanks to our production company, to change the look and feel of the room and create a unique & friendly atmosphere, that helped to transmit the corporate messages.
We combined 2 special and very different nights, as the aim was to surprise them and make them feel special and VIPS. First night was at the emblematic OLD CASINO where a private wine tasting was set just for them and a life opera performance welcomed all guests, followed by a Michelin star menu.
To reinforce the main corporate message (Change to WIN) we invited top speaker BEN HUNT DAVIS (gold medalist) to explain through it’s own experience the top changes to apply to win and it was really awesome.
After his encouraging speech, guests were invited to a PRIVATE TOUR AT THE BERNABEU FOOTBALL CLUB STADIUM , followed by a glimpse party with free style players, cheerleaders, virtual goal’s screen, a great Spanish gourmet dinner and closed with an exceptional surprise: the latest in spherification and molecular cuisine: molecular pearl containing cocktails like gin tonics, vodka and roses, ron and vanilla&coco…

October 2014: Haloween party for an american multinational company, Barcelona Offices. An intensive and terrifying morning at their offices, where EDUARDO MANOSTIJERAS scared all innocent employees making them shout and enjoy a wonderful breakfast composed of home made cupcakes and scary mandarinas… In a very funny atmosphere! Sharing good moments = better people, better results.
We developed an APP that was also used at their NYC headquarters that where celebrating Halloween as well… so they shared comments & pictures globally with our APP!
October 2014: Israel multinational company celebrates it 4th participation at the BARCELONA AFFILIATTE CONFERENCE. we were in charge of designing and building their stand, -each year bigger and better-, select the best and nicest hostesses, design their uniforms, provoke stand traffic (by installing a mobile smartphones giant charger!) and create the best and funniest dinner to attract as many clients as possible… and we overbooked the sea side restaurant chosen! Under a full moon night all guests enjoyed a unique standing cocktail dinner, open bar and life dj party…
October 2014: multinational Insurance company HR convention at LA MOLA by Hilton Double tree. 2 days of complete meetings at the GOLF el PRAT… driving golf carts!
They had the opportunity of sharing lunches, dinners and the main team building activity: to film a short movie representing the New HR Strategy… followed by a farewell dinner by the pool under a marvelous full moon… With a surprise: a Molecular Cocktails tasting!
Our aim: to create the best environment to deliver the company message to its HR team that starts a new Strategy baed on CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
